When I started my vegan journey in 2010, I thought all grocery shopping had to be done at Whole Foods.  The truth is, you can get mostly everything you need at a regular grocery store.

Don't feel like you have to shop at Whole Foods and other health food stores to embrace a vegan lifestyle.

It's so important to make vegan life as practical as possible, so that you're able to do it long-term.
